Stillness is what creates Love.
Movement is what creates Life.
To be still, yet still moving -
That is everything.

WholeBody View Programs: Continuing Education Classes offered in 5 Locations
WholeBody View is a hands-on bodywork system of gentle invitational movements that can facilitate deep relaxation, release deep-seated restrictive bodymind patterns. The human body is naturally designed to move as a whole body which is our most efficient and functional movement form. Anything less than a whole body approach to movement is referred to as segmenting, which is restrictive and stressful.
All of us over the age of 10, habitually practice this restrictive strategy of segmenting. This form of movement is the genesis of most, if not all of our neuromuscular discomfort, which leads to disfunction. Through the practice of WholeBody View movement routines, one can easily diminish these habitual holdings and return oneself to a more functional and pleasurable movement experience. These routines are initiated by the therapist guiding the client through both active and passive movement sequences. The results can be a new and profound sense of personal body awareness, leading to a greater state of neuromuscular well being. A “WholeBody View.”
The WholeBody View method has applications in massage, physical, and occupational therapies, stress reduction, voice, theater, dance and athletic training.
Participants in this hands-on workshop will learn to integrate the WholeBody View principles and techniques, into their existing professional approach. Experience an immediate and often dramatic reduction in both personal and work related stresses; including fatigue and injuries. All aspects of this professional training will reinforce therapist self-care while increasing depth and results experienced by patients/clients.
Broaden your approach to patient/client care by guiding them towards a greater sense of well being through movement therapy and the WholeBody View.
